This quilted bucket in black by Betmar is great rain hat that is both fashionable and useful. The quilted water repellent shell keeps the water out and the polarfleece lining prevents any warmth from escaping. The hat is packable and therefore great for travel. A snap strap is located directly on the crown, fold the hat in half and roll it up, snap the strap to secure the hat in it\’s rolled state.
